Greek Salad Dressing

Basic recipe Wisk together: 1/3 cup of water 1/4 cup red wine vinigar 2T lemon juice 2T of fresh chopped oregano, parsley and garlic 1t dry mustard salt and pepper to taste 2/3 cup olive oil

I refer to this recipe as the basic recipe because I use it as the base often substituting different ingredients according o my mood. For example: balsamic vinegar for red wine, honey for sugar, ginger for dry mustard. Have fun and be creative.

I always make a double batch because it works great as a marinade too. Currently I have some venison steaks marinating for tomorrows dinner. All I did was add some extra worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt and pepper to it.
